We begin the Redesign process by visiting your home or office. The purpose of this visit is to learn more about your likes and dislikes, your lifestyle, how you use the space and most importantly, how you want the space to feel and function.

If you like what you have but don't know quite how to pull it all together, you need a PlaceLift! After an initial in home consultation to better understand your needs, the fun starts! While you go and have a special day all for yourself (think shopping or spa!)... PlaceLift will transform your living space using what you already own and love. We start by emptying the room and determining a focal point. We then place the furniture and put on the finishing touches with art, accessories and lighting. With your permission, we may even "shop" your house for additional pieces that will further enhance your new space.

preparing your home for resale:
Whether you're a Realtor or selling your own home, Real Estate Staging can help minimize time on the market and increase your selling price. Selling a home is much different that living in it. When putting a home on the market, it's important to emphasize the features of the home more than the personalities of the homeowner. The goal is to allow potential buyers to visualize it as their home, not yours.
During an initial in home consultation, PlaceLift will work with you or your Realtor to discuss improvements that can be made to improve your home's appeal. A written "To Do" list will conclude the consultation.
Hands On Staging: $75/hr
Staging Vacant Homes: Placelift can stage homes that are vacant
using furniture and accessories. Depending on the amount of furniture needed, a weekly rental fee is applied to the staging fee.
Pre Open House/Tour Detailing: If needed, Placelift will come in
prior to your open house to add any last minute touches. This is
included in any Hands On Staging Services.
